Post Layout – A Wordpress Plugin with Mobile Phone Support
Well for those who already read my previous post “Guide to Mobilize your Wordpress blog“, Post Layout plugin is a familiar one.
Post Layout is a wordpress plugin which helps you to add specific content to your wordpress blog. The main features of this Post Layout plugin are:
- Support for adding PHP, HTML and Javascript code.
- Support for adding content into posts or pages both in front or middle or bottom of your wordpress blog.
- Support for adding content in the comments layout.
- Support for adding content in the Tags, Home and Categories pages.
- Support for insertion of Mobile phone specific content to all the above features.
- Support for disabling Post Layout content for any specific post/page.
The main use of this plugin comes when you want to insert Mobile phone specific advertisements like Google Adsense Mobile Ads.
One feature that is missing in this plugin is that it doesn’t support any alignment of content in your blog while many other plugins like Easy Adsenser allows you to add Google Adsense code to the right/ left side of your post content.
If you are planning for a mobile version of your wordpress blog, then it is must to use this plugin to avoid rendering problem in mobile phone browsers.
